This little guy turned one! And we marked the milestone with a studio session full of everything that makes this age so magical: cuddles, cake, and splashing around in a tub.

We started with some relaxed family photos, which is always one of my favourite parts of these sessions. It’s a chance to slow down and soak in just how much love surrounds your baby at this stage.

These aren’t just “before” photos, they’re part of the celebration.

Then came the cake smash!

To wrap things up, we headed to the splash portion of the session. Nothing beats a warm bubble bath after a messy cake smash! The tiny white clawfoot tub and simple white draping made for the perfect clean and classic finish. He had a blast splashing and giggling, and the images we captured are a mix of pure joy and adorable chaos, just as a one-year-old celebration should be.
